7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the specialised nature of our products, returns cannot be accepted once an order has been shipped.

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting hello@peptidesclub.co.nz. Any approved resolution will be handled in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy.
